The short version
This Vera Chera Group website provides information about the companies in the group and a shared needs assessment that routes business inquiries to the appropriate company. Please do not send protected health information or other sensitive material through the assessment or ordinary website channels.
Shared needs assessment
When you submit the Vera Chera Needs Assessment, the site stores the contact and business information you provide, your selected service, the website where you began, the Vera Chera company to which the request is routed, and the submission date and time. This information is used to review, route, and respond to your inquiry. Uncertain or mixed requests are held for Vera Chera Group review rather than requiring you to submit the same inquiry more than once.
The site also records aggregate counts of assessment starts and completed submissions for private owner funnel reporting. These counts are kept separate from the public visitor tally and are not displayed publicly.
What this site uses
The site records an aggregate visitor tally for private owner analytics. The total is not displayed publicly. To avoid counting every page view in the same browser session, the site stores a small session-only marker called vcg-visit-counted in your browser. It is removed when that browser session ends.
The aggregate number is stored in this site’s own database. The counter does not ask for or attach a visitor’s name, email address, company, or message to that number. As with ordinary websites, the hosting provider may process routine request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site.

This site links to Vera Point, The Records Desk, and Verity. Those websites may offer their own resources, products, or services and may direct visitors to the shared Vera Chera Needs Assessment. Information submitted through that shared assessment is reviewed and routed by Vera Chera Group as described above.
Sensitive information
Do not submit protected health information, medical records, case documents, Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other confidential material through a general form or ordinary email. If a service requires sensitive information, wait for that company to provide an approved intake method and instructions.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for professional and business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.
